The amounts of Chinese rice with vegetables for an ideal diet

- Canola oil: a tablespoon
Garlic: cloves (mashed)
- Ginger: 1 teaspoon (fresh and finely chopped)
- Green onions: 2 chopsticks
- Carrots: 1 piece (large / peeled and chopped cubes)
- Peas: three-quarters of the cup (frozen)
- Chicken: cup (boiled and chopped)
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons (light)
- Sesame oil: half a teaspoon
- Rice: 3 cups (cooked / boiled)

How to prepare Chinese rice with vegetables for an ideal diet

1- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium to high heat.
2- Add garlic, ginger, spring onion, chicken and stir for 5 minutes.
3- Add the carrots, peas and my heart until the vegetables are tender for another 5 minutes.
4- Add the rice and my heart until toast.
5- Add soy sauce, sesame oil and stir for 3 minutes.
6- Pour the rice in the dishes and feet hot.
