The easiest way to make crepe at home
Ingredients:
1 cup flour2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt (replaced with vanilla for sweet crepe)
2 tbsp tourist butter
The way the crepe works:
1 - In a suitable bowl whisk eggs with flour and then add milk and water gradually while continuing to stir.2- Add salt and butter with stirring.
3 - Heat a flat pan on the fire after adding a little oil and then pour the equivalent of a quarter cup of the mixture taking into account the distribution evenly.
4 - Leave the mixture on the fire until cooked and appear bubbles, then stir the dough on the other side until fully cooked and lift it from the fire.
5. Repeat the way the crepe dough works in a previous way until it finishes the quantity.
6- Stuff the crepe with a variety of your choice such as Nutella or jam in the case of sweet or sausage or cheese in the case of Alhadik.
How to make sweet crepes Nutella and bananas
1- Start preparing the crepe dough in a previous way and replace the salt with vanilla.2- Cut the bananas into small pieces and set aside.
3 - Spread the melted chocolate on a slice of crepe dough and then stack the banana pieces on them.
4. Wrap the slices of the crepe in a circular or fold in the form of triangles and then place them in the serving dish.
