Mushroom cream soup with a vegetarian recipe
Ingredients of Cream of Mushroom Vegetable Soup:
2 tablespoons margarine
16 pieces mushrooms, sliced
1 chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup flour
4 cups vegetable stock
1 teaspoon thyme paper
1/2 cup coconut milk (skim)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
How to make creamy mushroom vegetable soup:
1- Melt the vegetable butter in a large pot at medium temperature.
2- Add the mushrooms, onions, and garlic and fry until they reach the desired redness.
3- Sprinkle flour over it and stir and cook for one minute.
4- Add vegetable stock, coconut milk, thyme, pepper, and nutmeg, bring to boil and cook for about 5 minutes.
