How chicken avocado works
The word diet may affect food lovers, like me, with bouts of depression. The first thing that came to my mind when I heard the word diet is the deprivation of the various types of food delicious and delicious that my stomach adores. But what I recently discovered through dietitians' advice is that food deprivation and the restriction of nutrition to certain items may backfire. So I decided to make my favorite items that I will not give up eating them in a healthy way that suits the diet. The chicken comes on my first menu so today's recipe is chicken with avocado.Ingredients of avocado chicks:
1 chicken cut into strips1 avocado, diced
1 colored pepper
1 onion
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp
Spices/garlic
Tortilla Bread
Steps of making avocado chicks:
1- chicken breasts are cut into cubes and marinated in seasoning: lemon juice complete with a pinch of salt, black pepper, red pepper, paprika, and garlic cloves.
2- Onions and bell peppers cut longitudinal slices and both slices separately.
3 - Mash half avocado and stack on tortilla bread and then put onions and bell pepper over the tortilla (each half avocado for one tortilla).
4- Place the chicken with the marinade in a frying pan and cook until the lemon water is cooked and evaporates.
5 - Stack the marinated chicken pieces over the tortilla and roll in the form of a sheet and then on the grill a little and serve hot.
