Ingredients fried chicken salad with vegetables

- Chicken breast: 2 breast fillets
- Cherry tomatoes: cup (cut in half)
- Watercress: cup (minced)
- Olive: half a cup (cut)
- Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Basil: 1 tablespoon (fresh)
- Parmesan cheese: quarter cup (slices)

How to prepare a fried chicken salad with vegetables

1- Heat the butter in a pan.
2- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry it in the pan until it is browned and cooked.
3- Mix watercress, cherry tomatoes, and olives in a dish.
5- Put the fried chicken over it.
6- Add the oil and lemon and stir.
7- Add the parmesan cheese, basil and serve
