Breakfast - one-pan egg baked
OAK BAKED
8 Eggs
½ to 3/4 cup of cream or milk or half
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped ham cubes and fried bacon
¼ cup of finely chopped green pepper use red yellow and green
¼ cup finely chopped onions
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and cream.
Stir in the cheese, ham, sweet pepper and onion.
Pour into a greased 20cm square bowl. Sprinkle with some peppers and parsley.
Bake at 200 ° C for 25/30 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 6 servings.
This recipe is really delicious. I served it with slices of tomato and cucumber, toast and sausage with an onion sauce. It was more than enough and filling
